About the Role

Little Whole Me is seeking a polished, dependable, and eager to- learn Brand & Operations Assistant to support the day to day flow of a growing premium brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and excited to support behind the scenes in a meaningful way. The right candidate is someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly, communicating professionally, staying organized, and being a trusted support person in a growing business.

This is more than a basic assistant role, this is an opportunity to become part of a purpose driven brand and gain hands on experience in operations, organization, communication, brand support, and business development.

This role may include support with:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
Assisting with scheduling and calendar coordination
Organizing business operations and workflow
Supporting client communication and follow-up
Assisting with email organization and responses
Helping maintain internal systems and organization
Supporting social media and content preparation
Assisting with HoneyBook, forms, and client-facing documents
Preparing materials for meetings, onboarding, and projects
Supporting the founder with operational and brand-related tasks
Occasional light errands, in-person support, or content-day assistance as needed

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, personal assistance, or operations support

  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, Canva, HoneyBook, or similar platforms

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Social media familiarity is a plus

  • Experience supporting a founder, brand, or small business is a plus
