Every Little Whole Me educator is selected not only for professional credentials and experience, but also for their commitment to responsive relationships, thoughtful communication, and developmentally informed care. Together, we help families build confident beginnings through intentional support during the earliest years of life.

Newborn Care Educator
Lead Developmental Care Educator
Lead Developmental Care Educator
Infant Development Educator
Each educator who advances to provide care for a family completes the background-check, reference-verification, and credential-review steps applicable to the role before care begins. We confirm certifications relevant to their role, such as newborn care, infant CPR, and developmental training, and keep that documentation current.
We match educators to families based on the family's parenting philosophy, schedule, and specific care needs, not simply availability. An educator's experience level and specialty, whether overnight newborn care, multiples, or infant development, are weighed against what each family is looking for.
Our educators meet regularly to stay aligned on standards, share what they're learning, and support one another. Founder Deyonta B. provides ongoing service coordination for Little Whole Me direct-care engagements and placement support and check-ins for families using our placement service, and families always have a direct line to reach us with questions or feedback.
